Once you have made your choice and your Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 
 
Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn from our inventory. 
 
Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. 
 
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC may from time to time discover an error in the posting of products. If Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC discovers an error in the product in your order Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC will let you know as soon as possible. Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly or is listed incorrectly for any reason, Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC will email or telephone the customer to inform them that we have not accepted the order and/or that the relevant part of their order has been canceled. If you have already paid Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that the products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned.

Payments can be made via PayPal and most major credit cards processed through the Wix marketplace platform. Payment will be debited from your account upon placing your order by Hedgemade Goods, Michaela Jerabek. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 
Hedgemade Goods, Michaela Jerabek, take reasonable care to make our site secure and all payments made through this site are through a verified secured system. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secured online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. 
 
Hedgemade Goods, Michaela Jerabek, take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence of our host marketplace payment system we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.​

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the expiration date, if provided. Promotion codes are not to be used towards any order containing a custom fabric charge, where special fabrics must be ordered in for you.

You must contact Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC ASAP if you wish to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled if the materials and other stock items have been ordered in from processing and/or if your order is already shipped. Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC will do their best to accommodate all your needs and requirements however this will not be possible if production has already started. Please contact Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC with any questions and/or concerns before placing an order or as soon as possible after.

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order to us on the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging in a contract with Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC.. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order. We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; the item ordered is out of stock; the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms. 
 
Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
 
Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC have sent you an email confirming this.

When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC and complete certain required fields on the order form. Where Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC asks you to provide and use identifiers and passwords to access restricted parts of the Website, it is on condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such identifiers and passwords are kept secure and confidential at all times. Subscriptions can be canceled or suspended at any time. And may require you to create a membership account for easy ordering and subscription management.

We may receive Personal Information about you from third-party sources, such as i) security providers , fraud detection and prevention providers for example to help us screen out users associated with fraud, ii) social media platforms, when you log-in or sign-up using your social media account, we may receive Personal Information from that service (e.g., your username, basic profile Personal Information) and in some cases, we may collect Personal Information from lead enhancement companies which help us to improve our service offering; iii) advertising and marketing partners in order to monitor, manage and measure our ad campaigns.

2.2. Users of users ‘Personal Information’
We may also collect Personal Information pertaining to visitors and users of our User’s websites or services (“Users-of-Users”), solely for and on our Users’ behalf (as further described in Section ‎6 below).

2.3. Wix jobs applicant information
We also collect information that is provided to us by Wix jobs candidates (“Applicants”), when they apply to any of the open positions published at https://www.wix.com/jobs, by e-mail or otherwise (as further described in Section ‎15 below).

6. Users-of-users’ ‘Personal Information’
Wix may collect, store and process certain Personal Information of Users-of-Users (“Users-of-Users Information”), solely on our Users’ behalf and at their direction. For example, each of our Users is able to import their e-mail contacts from third-party services like Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts via their User Website. Such contacts are then stored with Wix, on the User’s behalf.

For such purposes, Wix serves and shall be considered as a “Processor” and not as the “Controller” (as both such capitalized terms are defined in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)) of such Users-of-Users Information.

The Processing of the Users-of-users’ Personal Information shall take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory or one or more specified sectors within that third country of which the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection and such processing and transfer will be in accordance to the Data Processing Addendum – Users (“DPA"). Any transfer to and Processing in a third country outside the European Union that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, shall be conducted under an approved transfer mechanism, as detailed in the DPA.

You are responsible for the security, integrity and authorized usage of Personal Information about Users-of-Users’, and for obtaining consents, permissions and providing any required data subject rights and fair processing notices required for the collection and usage of such Personal Information.
