Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless there is an carrier issue then we will ship via UPS or FedEx and notify the Customer of the change and provided a tracking number as well. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from Hedgemade Goods Co., LLC workshop in Portland, OR.

Transit times may vary from 2-8 days depending on carrier, weather and national shipping events. Overnight and express shipping is not offered, so please plan ahead when ordering for an event or gift.

Shipping is only offered within the US.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

If any product is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the product upon receipt of the damaged item.
